CourtSide Studios Return and Refund Policy

At CourtSide Studios, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are limited-quantity, seasonal, or collectible items, we ask that you review your order promptly after receiving it.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition in which it was received
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Free from damage caused after delivery
• In its original packaging, when applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns requested after the 14-day return period are generally considered final.

Clearance and Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

This may include select clearance, discontinued, limited-quantity, or specially priced merchandise when the item is clearly identified as “Final Sale” before purchase.

Final Sale restrictions do not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact CourtSide Studios as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery, and provide your order information along with photos of the item and packaging.

When the issue is confirmed, CourtSide Studios may provide an appropriate resolution, including:

• A replacement
• A refund
• Store credit
• A comparable item of equal value

Because some CourtSide Studios products are limited-run or collectible merchandise, an identical replacement may not always be available.

Return Shipping

When a return is based on customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed to by CourtSide Studios.

When a return is necessary because CourtSide Studios shipped an incorrect item or because an item arrived damaged or defective, CourtSide Studios may provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless the return results from an error by CourtSide Studios.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Although CourtSide Studios may process a refund promptly, the time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact CourtSide Studios as soon as possible.

We will make every reasonable effort to cancel an order before it is processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, the order will be handled according to this Return and Refund Policy.

Limited Quantity and Collector Items

Many CourtSide Studios products are offered in limited quantities.

If an approved replacement is required and the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement, store credit, or refund.

Marketplace and Social Commerce Orders

Orders completed through the CourtSide Studios Shopify checkout, including qualifying orders originating through Facebook or Instagram, are subject to this Return and Refund Policy.

Purchases completed directly through a third-party marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s applicable refund, return, buyer-protection, and dispute-resolution policies.
